Maya is a senior in high school from NYC, and is so excited to be working with Polyphony Lit! She has been interested in writing for a while, but her favorite type of writing is poetry and creative writing. Beyond writing, Maya loves to dance! She's been dancing since she was three years old, experimenting with many types of dance. Currently, she is part of a hip-hop competition team!
