Emmi Sugino is currently a high school junior in La Canada, California, but she has lived in Tokyo for a decade. Emmi mainly writes creative nonfiction, and she is excited to be a part of The Adroit Journal's Summer Mentorship Program and Kenyon Review Young Writers this summer. Aside from writing, Emmi loves to sing, songwrite, and produce music.
