Mahchid Namazi
Professor, Scholar, and Multilingual Speech Language Pathologist
Mahchid Namazi is a professor, scholar, and multilingual speech language pathologist whose specialization is facilitating language development in its spoken and written forms. Mahchid has a PhD from McGill University and has been an avid writer for many years, going back to journal writing in her youth. Most of her writing these days is in the form of peer reviewed research articles and other forms of technical writing. As an educator of young adults, she strives to help her students find their writing voices and understands deeply the crucial role writing plays in academic and vocational success. Currently, she is reading non-fiction much of the time and loves Musicophilia by Oliver Sacks.
