"How to Be a Literary Editor" (HTBLE) workshop is a self-paced instructional course. HTBLE introduces students to the editing craft and technique in approaching poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction.
The course takes 3-5 hours to complete and students receive personal feedback on their final assignment.
Upon successful completion, students are invited to join Polyphony Lit as Second Readers.

Our Summer Scholars Program is an immersive experience working on our literary magazine. Rigorous curriculum is augmented with live lectures and discussions, mentoring, personal feedback, and exposure to issues in literary publishing.
Participants should expect to commit 3-5 hours per week for the 8 week program. Live sessions will be taped for those with scheduling conflicts.
