Lara Katz is a high school junior at the Pierrepont School in Westport, CT. Her writing has been published in Teen Ink’s print magazine, the Bookends Review, and Polyphony Lit, in addition to being recognized by the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. She is currently an Executive Editor at Polyphony Lit.

When not writing, she is usually doing homework, attempting to play piano, or curling, none of which are particularly marketable skills. She can also translate (with a dictionary) both Latin and Ancient Greek, which are also clearly useful in the 21st century. She hopes to earn money one day.
